As a rule of thumb, Balvanera recommends you choose a belt size 2 inches larger than your pants waist size. Please refer to the sizing chart above for more detail.

Our top-grain leather is designed to gracefully age over time, naturally softening and acquiring a worn-in look over the years. If you’d like to give your belt a newer look after several years of use, you may treat it with a light leather polish. If spot cleaning is necessary, we recommend hand washing with a mild soap and letting the belt air dry.

Occasionally, a thread on the belt may come loose if it is caught on something. If this happens, we recommend pushing the end of the loose thread under the neighbouring threads and adding a drop of superglue to keep it in place

We treat our leather exclusively with natural vegetable-based tanning agents, ensuring that no harmful chemicals are released into the environment. Additionally, our packaging is made from post-consumer recycled content and printed with non-toxic, soy-based inks.
